Add listing Form Translation

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When viewing the form in add-listing there are a lot of things that can’t be translated.

    Examples:

    Logo:
    – Drop files here
    – or
    – Please drag & drop the files to rearrange the order

    Description:
    – Enter a description

    Tags:
    – Tags are short keywords, with no space within.(eg: tag1, tag2, tag3).

    Country:
    – Click on above field and type to filter list.

    Region:
    – Click on above field and type to filter list or add a new region.

    City:
    – Click on above field and type to filter list or add a new city.

    Neighborhood:
    – Choose a neighborhood…
    – Click on above field and type to filter list.

    Postal Code:
    – Please enter listing “Postal Code <- That translates ok” . Please enter listing is not.

    Map View:
    – Please select listing map view to use

    Business Owner/Associate?:
    – Business Owner/Associate?
    – Mark listing as a claimed.

    Photos:
    – Drop files here
    – or
    – You can upload 8 “files”. The word files is not translated.
    – Please drag & drop the files to rearrange the order

    Extras:
    – Submit Listing
    – Preview Listing

    I have all translations in wp-content/languages/plugins:

    geodirlocation-es_ES.po
    geodirlocation-es_ES.mo

    geodiradvancesearch-es_ES.po
    geodiradvancesearch-es_ES.mo

    geodirclaim-es_ES.mo
    geodirclaim-es_ES.po

    geodirectory-es_ES.mo
    geodirectory-es_ES.po

    geodir_payments-es_ES.po
    geodir_payments-es_ES.mo

    geodir_markercluster-es_ES.po
    geodir_markercluster-es_ES.mo

    Where to translate the mentioned above?

    Some of them are already translated, but they are not showing, they appear in English.

    Other ones I can’t find them in any file.

    Please post URL, WP admin and FTP details and we will have a look.
    I am guessing you have not updated the language files to the latest versions, or there is some error that stops translations from working.

    I just downloaded: https://wpgeodirectory.com/translate/projects/geodirlocation/es/default/

    Translated:
    – Click on above field and type to filter list.
    – Click on above field and type to filter list or add a new region.
    – Click on above field and type to filter list or add a new city.

    And none of them are being translated.

    For the other ones mentioned in my first post, I am now being able to translate them with a fresh language download.

    Why are the geodirlocation-es_ES files not working?
    Maybe it is the incorrect file and that is being called from another lang file?

    Well I have now everything translated but:

    Location:
    – Click on above field and type to filter list.
    – Click on above field and type to filter list or add a new region.
    – Click on above field and type to filter list or add a new city.

    Claim:
    – Business Owner/Associate? Mark listing as a claimed.

    Fresh downloaded files and just those 4 things are not being translated and of course the po and mo files are correct.

    Any ideas?

    For claim I have version 2.0.0.4 and I am using: https://wpgeodirectory.com/translate/projects/geodirclaim/es/default/

    For location I have version 2.0.0.13 and I am using: https://wpgeodirectory.com/translate/projects/geodirlocation/es/default/

    Not working. Are those the correct ones?

    You are not using the latest versions, they should be 2.0.0.8 and 2.0.0.19.
    Please renew your membership to update to the latest version, and if you want any more help.

    I am not. My versions can’t be translated? I have to pay for life so I can use the ones I already have?

    I am just asking if that translation files are the correct ones for my versions.

    I am not sure. Update them as explained here using your older version, they may work then: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/updating-your-language-files/

    We do not support older versions.

    I am not using an older version. This are V2 plugins using latest translations.

    Unless you confirm that being behind 1 plugin version makes everything break.

    Using the latest GD core version with older addons will often not work correctly.
    The current versions are 2.0.0.8 [claim] and 2.0.0.19 [location].

    Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
    We exclusively provide support for the latest version of both the Core plugin, add-ons and themes. Each product has it’s own dedicated Support forum.
