Add Listing page only shows add event not custom post types

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi GeoDirectory,
    When I click on add listing its only giving me the option of add event not all my other custom post types.

    Please can you assist?

    Thanks for your post. Could you check your CPT’s and make sure that you’ve not enabled the “Disable Frontend Add” option as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/add-listing/#more-design-options . If it’s switched “Off” and you’re still having issues, kindly share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you asap!

    Use the GeoDirectory Endpoints to add links to your menu.

    Find them at WP Backend – Appearance – Menus

    Look for GeoDirectory Endpoints in the list on the left. If you don’t see it, check the screen options for it to unhide them.

    Hello,

    500 errors are often caused by a plugin conflict.

    Enable debugging and refresh the site to see which plugin is causing the issue. Delete that plugin via FTP and refresh the site. Upload a fresh copy of the plugin and if the problem occurs again then contact the plugin author.

    Try disabling non-GD addons to identify the plugin causing the issue.
