    Dear all,
I am currently facing two problems with the Geodirectory plugin in my website (www.rocknroads.com.br).

    1. Some of the posted places (mainly the oldest ones) are now with broken links. The strange thing is that they are still listed and posted accordingly (please see an example in the pictures, with the correct link reference, etc), but when the user clicks over it, the 404 error appears.

    2. The button PLACES NEAR ME is not working (even in my mobile device with activated GPS).

Start with completely deleting W3 Total Cache,, including any remaining files on the server, after de-activating and deleting the plugin from the admin area.

    and

    Thanks

Please completely uninstall W3 Total Cache, see
    http://www.kentooz.com/remove-w3-total-cache-manually/
    and
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#w3cache

To get “Near me” working, you will need a SSL certificate, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/

    Thanks

    Hello,
I finally managed to remove all W3 cache files but unfortunately the error persists: I receive an error message (404 error) while trying to access some of the old registries and all new ones.

Can you please help me out?

Can you please update WordPress and de-activate any unnecessary plugins. There must be some plugin conflict so de-activate all non-GD plugins to see if that fixes it after re-saving WP Permalinks.
Then turn on the plugins again one by one and keep testing.

    Thanks

    Hello,
I’ve updated wordpress and tried to de-activate all other plugins but the problem persists. What can we do now?

Your WP is not up to date yet, and GD plugins need updating.
You still have 56 active plugins.
Did the problem solve itself with all non-GD plugins de-activated?
