Can't Renew License

    Hello,

    I am a user whose license has expired, but a few minutes ago I bought a new license. And my old license has been deactivated on the GeoDirectory dashboard.

    The problem is, right now I can’t deactivate my license in my WordPress dashboard, so I can’t renew my license. Please give a hint, or help.

    Postscript:

    At the time of purchasing the license, I did not mark the “renewal license” section, because I think my license has been expired for several months.

    Can my new license code be the same as the new license code?

    Or what should I do?

    Try de-activating the old license and then reload the page.
    You should then be able to add the new licenses.

    I pressed the “deactive” button but a popup about an error popped up.

    Are there other ways to deactivate the license?

    Did you refresh the page after that popup?
    And did you try to add the licenses then?

    If we need to delete the old licenses, post your URL and WP admin details and we’ll have a look.

    You have new codes and so they must be updated.
    You should deactivate old codes and replace them with new codes.
