Can't Renew License

    #4 is not expected behavior.

    Please share WP Admin credentials and FTP so we can check on the issue.

    This kind of issue is usually a plugin conflict. If you could please try a conflict test to identify the conflict.

    Hello,

    The licence key you show is from an expired membership you have, it look like at some point you bought again but did not renew which created a new licence key, all your new keys can be found in your account area: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

    Well, it seems like my explanation is unclear. Do I have to repeat it?

    I can’t deactivate the Membership License, so surely the existing license is an old license. How can I renew a license if the old one cannot be deactivated?

    As I wrote yesterday, I was wrong when buying a new license.

    The question is, how do I change the Membership License Code? I have given all access, both WP Admin and FTP Server.

    Is there anything else that isn’t clear yet?

    or do I have to purchase a Membership 1 License again with a “renew license” click?

    and purchases that I made yesterday, must be returned?

    Sorry, i only read this page, not page 1 of this thread.

    That is a bug, it should clear the field on error, i will fix that, for now i have activated your current licence on your site.
