claim listings v2 proper set up

    I cant find updated doc for v2 fo claim listings. not sure of correct set up.

    here is what I did — to an existing site, added and activated plugin.
    added claim custom field and enabled in extra locations
    also added gd post claim widget to sidebar

    result — I see the post claim button — press it — gives an error — no post
    do not see link to claim it

    if I need to reimport since this field was not there originally, what should the value be of claimed
    (I checked with an export and its blank)

    Hello!

    We are aware of the issue “No posts found!” and are currently testing an update.
    The fix, once tested, will be released with the net version update.

    I will flag your topic for the developers and they can provide an update if there is a delay. Otherwise just stay tuned for an automatic update to Claim addon to fix this issue.

    ok. thanks. also, if from the admin, i check the listing as claimed, the claim listing button is gone— which is good— but where would i specificy to print listing claimed

    Uh, showing the claim?

    We recommend doing that with a badge so you can alter the display text so it makes sense for your site. I mean, you can just show the field in the sidebar, but, then you might want to adjust the label.

    i think i found another bug——-

    the checkbox in the edit/ add place listing in admin for listing claimed. is now gone

    To add the checkbox you will need to add the “Is Claimed” field and set to active, then also make sure it is included in the package (same for all fields).
