Display Icon Only

    I’m building a new website using v2, which is a rebuild of sorts of a website that I started building with v1 a year ago. When I built it a year ago, I used https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/custom-field-examples/ to display icons only. I would like to do the same thing in v2, but I don’t think that document is relevant anymore and I can’t find one in the v2 docs. I do see that we have more control using the post meta, which is great, but the only option that it doesn’t have is icon only. Any ideas?

    Thanks for your post. Could you show us what you’ve done? The method is still valid and for GDv2, you can refer to this section of the documentation that explains how to create “Custom Fields” https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/

    If you are working with shortcode for Post Meta you can always prefix with an FA element like

    I think I figured out why it wasn’t working for me. I forgot that these instructions are intended for the listings page, not the details page, which is where I’m currently customizing.
