I need to reinstal all plugins?
Thank you!
January 24, 2018 at 1:30 pm #414165Hi Laszlo,
You just need to install the WP easy updates plugin and update the license key as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates . Then you should be able to update the plugin directly.
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your credentials. I’ve just checked your Website and it looks like your addon versions are too low to be recognized by WP Easy Updates. Please update all plugins manually and you should be able to see the license key column as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates
Thanks!

January 24, 2018 at 4:07 pm #414189Hi Laszlo,
Sorry for not being clear. You can update manually by replacing the plugin files with the latest through FTP. If you need help with this, kindly share FTP access to your server in private reply.

In the case of needing to manually update a plugin, you would need to download the plugin files to your desktop, then upload them to your wp-content/plugins folder via FTP. You will be asked if you want to overwrite the files, and you choose yes, overwrite the files.
We have created detailed documents that explain how to update plugins and how to configure automatic updates.
