    Hi

I have red a lot of comments in this web about people how have the similar problem but I can not solve it.

    This is the error notification:

397 / 397 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).
397 / 397 item(s) could not be added due to blank title/invalid post type.

I have saved this file that I attach like UTF8 but this do not solve the problem.

And I do not know where can I create the post type in the admin panel.

    Thanks a lot in advance

    Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/

Your CSV has listings without addresses, etc.
Export a sample one using OpenOffice and use that file to create your CSV after reading the documentation.

You can create other post types if you are using the Custom Post Type addon: https://wpgeodirectory.com/addons/custom-post-types/

Let us know how you went.

Are you saying that you have a CSV file that you downloaded from your site and it gives that error?
Or did you try to open your existing CSV file with OpenOffice – because that might be the error.
You need to use OpenOffice to create the CSV file, not convert from another format or program.

If you provide a link to your site and WP admin details in private reply, it might be faster to help you.
Also upload the CSV file somewhere on your site with FTP and give us a link to the CSV file.

The file is not COMMA delimited, but SEMICOLON delimited.
I fixed it, and re-attached here.

    1. You will need the Multilocations [location manager] addon before you will be able to upload the file, if you want to add locations outside your default location: https://wpgeodirectory.com/addons/multilocation/

    2. The geodir_website column needs to include http:// or https:// as part of the URL

    3. You need to create your categories before you can import: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#mandatory

Always create a listing first on your site, then export, so you can see how to do it.
    I attach a sample.

See how the location gets exported? Your import needs to match that format of country, region and city. Once you have the Multilocation installed, you can import other regions and cities as well.

Great! I am going to buy Multilocation, have I to pay just one time or each year?

    Have a read here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/buying-addons-and-support/

If you just by per addon at themetailors, then you get lifetime updates and support, or if you buy a membership, you get everything for a period that you choose.

    1. The CSV file is not comma delimited but semicolon delimited:
When opening the file, choose to open as semicolon delimited, then save a copy as comma delimited.

    2. I have changed your map language to Spanish
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-countries-and-map-directions/

    2. All your locations still refer to Espana instead of Spain.
To get the correct city, region and country, go to add a new place at /wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=gd_place and drag the marker to the city. You will see the locations adjust. Example
Madrid – Comunidad de Madrid – Spain
    Barcelona – Catalunya – Spain
Those are the locations you need to use in your CSV file.

    3. There are some listings without lat and lng [ORTOPEDIA GUERNICA]

    4. I suggest to upload 5 or 10 listings only so you can see the result before you try all of them.

So 14 + 105 listings did not have the correct data.
If you export the ones that worked, you can compare to find which ones are missing.
That is why I suggested to do in small batches until you are confident you no longer make mistakes.

Your image names need to be unique and need to include the extension like .jpg.
If you want to use the same image for all listings add a default image to the category at Places > Categories.

There is no need to add “” around your regions and addresses etc.
You still have a lot of invalid characters, like Gimar
You still have listings without lat and lng: import can NOT work without the mandatory fields.

You need to add icons to your categories.
