Listings no longer show and Claim function fails

    Hi,

    after the latest update:

    1 – the Listings no longer show in the dashboard, nor claims etc. The Geo dashboard is emplty even thought the listings are still in the site?
    2 – Claim function fails. The options we had set up (drop down box to select who you are etc.) have been replaced by a contact for. However, when you submit it it gives an errror message!
    3 – Generally, A lot of the functions I had set up are no longer working properly and the map I had featured at the top of the home page and the search page no longer shows?

    Hello,

    You hadn’t finished setup of GDV2, it looks like. I added the important widgets to the sidebar so you can see them on the details page.

    About the map and other items, GDV2 shortcodes are new and updated. You can use the shortcode builder, then add the map to the front page. Try it out and let us know how it goes.

    For the dashboard, I can see what you mean there.

    Please share FTP so we can debug the issue.

    You can use the GD Post Claim element, and that will redirect users to register and login before they can claim.

    If you want you can also setup the GD Ninja Forms integration and use the advanced options for logged out users (inside the Ninja Form itself).

    there is another problem. The listings don’t load when you narrow down using the map. See image?

    I see your image, but when I visit the map the listings load.

    However they will be delayed because there are errors like an image 404 not found.

    /wp-content/uploads/2018/04/seniors.jpg

    If that is your default image try replacing it.

    Hi,

    Does the system send a confirmation email to the client to notify them the claim has been approved?

    Also, the dashboard still doesn’t show the correct number of pending claims, or users, or facilities etc?

    Yes, you can find all emails at:

    GeoDirectory – Settings – Emails (tab)

    We can take a look at the dashboard issue but will in all likelihood need database, ftp and wp admin to find a solution.
