    Hi,

    I have used some device connect to our website: https://dangkiem.com/, but the location detection does not work with some device, detail as below:
    iPhone 8Plus – Safari, Chrome: Not work
    iPhone 7Plus – Safari, Chrome: Not work
    iPhone 6S – Safari, Chrome: Not work

    iPhone 7 – Safari, Chrome: Work
    Samsung Note5 – Chrome: Work
    Samsung Note8 – Chrome: Work
    Samsung J5 – Chrome: Work

    Our website has SSL detail at https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=dangkiem.com

    If this error is affected by SSL, please advise me on the SSL work with the mobile device.

    Hi VIETCORP CORPORATION,

    Thanks for your post. Sorry, I don’t have all the phones that you listed but when I tested it using iPhone XR Safari browser, I don’t see any issues with the location detection.

    Can you diagnose the problem caused by something?
    If by SSL can you advise me what type of SSL is right for me?

    Have you turned on location services in the phone settings?

    Already turned on.

    I have tried on iPhone 8Plus, 6S is not working, but on 7Plus is works well. It’s just happened on iPhone, Android works well.

    On my phone is 6S, it’s not working on Safari, Chrome, but it’s working on Firefox.

    This confused me and I didn’t know how to fix them
