    Hi, things have been going great for a while now, and suddenly we’re back to this
    No Records Found
    Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.

    And sorry to put pressure on a friday evening, but it is quite urgent as I have just released a batch of fliers with a QR scan back to my home page with a dead map…

    Hello,

    try adjusting the default location a bit by dragging the map pin a few meters, and then re-save. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can check the settings.

    When you make a support request you can make it possible for us to help you as quickly as possible by always following up on your new topic with an immediate private reply that includes all the access info we may need to login and debug an issue on your site.

    You don’t have to do this, but it can save a couple of email exchanges.

    Also, when you are working on the site it helps greatly to disable security and cache plugins. You should disable cache anyways if you are making changes to the site and want to see the results on the public side.

    Hi Kor, I have gone through my plugins, but still have the same problem with regards my home page http://www.clarensnews.co.za – do I have to remove the map or can we make it actually reflect local listings?

    I have updated map widget and removed undefined city param “clarens-1”. everything works fine now. please have a look.
