PS just noted that widget GD Listing Slider ( Популярные объекты) in right sidebar of home page is also not working ( seams for few days already)

none of your website’s scripts are being loaded, they return 403 forbidden which must be due to a wrong server configuration.
Example: http://saloni.com.ua/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/js/confirm.min.js?ver=2.4.3
Please see image attached, the list of errors is much longer that what is visible there.
Please ask to your server admin why this is happening. It shouldn’t be the case.

February 5, 2016 at 10:07 pm #117971My system still has the old “Auto Update” section with a singular license field. To follow these instructions, I went to My Account > Edit > Downloads. I see all of the individual plugin keys, however I do not see the one singular master key to insert in the old Ato Update to update the the new one. I tried using some of the indv plugin keys in this field neither worked. Where can I find the master key to insert in the old system?

February 6, 2016 at 2:30 am #118070I just bought a new subscription and my old one doesn’t show up in my profile from March-June 2015 and I can’t find an old license number. My auto-update form only asks for my username/email and password and no combinations are working. How do I get these new updates and plugins to work?

I am getting the same error as others when trying to update my plugins.
1. I just renewed my membership date: 2/6/2016
2. However, the instructions above are not correct for me. My Profile> Profile Edit> has nothing but my contact info. No OLD LICENSE KEY. In any case i found it in the email asking me to renew my membership.
3. I input my OLD LICENSE KEY. Nothing happens. I did read in the user messages below that the new license screen will appear when I update a plugin. I tried to update a plugin and this error appeared: “Update Failed: Plugin update failed.” AND
An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Events: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory > Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
4. To check the active status of the license key, I went to: My Accounts > Purchase History > View Licenses and added that key (which I believe is the same). I am still getting the same error above.
5. Also, Under Purchase History > Manage Sites, I added my site but I am still getting the same error.
Yes, I have logged out and back in to Geodirectory, My Account…but no change.
What could be the issue?

February 6, 2016 at 5:26 pm #118377@drashida this can happen if your old licence expires, i have reactivated ur old licence so u should see the old key in your profile. If you still have problems you can simply update via FTP.

February 6, 2016 at 5:52 pm #118388We haven’t released an update for core yet. What version are you using? In any case it is manadtory to always keep core and all add-ons at their latest version otherwise the system could become unstable.
