I would like to know if it is possible to change “order” and “labels” of the search form.

Currently it is set in the following patter:

    Places (1st) / Search for (2nd) / Near: User defined (3rd)

I would like to change it to:

What would you like to do? (this is the current ‘search’ field) / Where would you like to do it? (this is currently the ‘Places” field)

The 3rd posting field is fine. Except I may change the label to something like “broaden you horizions?”

Thank you that was helpful. For me I guess I am having a difficult time with the word “Places” as in a location. And I believe I need to think of it as a Venue… A location/place that is know by a “common name for having events” of some kind. For us in the wine Country it may be call a business name like Green Stone Winery or “Jackson Rancheria”…

Is there a way to change the name from Places to Venues?

Think of “places” as listings, not locations. Locations are cities etc.

You can change “places” to anything you like at
GD > permalinks > Listing url prefix
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks

    OR

change the default name of a custom post type at
GD > Custom Post Types > edit any of the CPTs you have there.
