Hi……….
When i click on send inquiry button pop us comes fill all required info and click on submit button but mail not received.
how can we fix this issue.

Please try installing the Email Log plugin from WordPress.org to track the email being sent by your site. Once you log the email you can see if the email is not being created, or if it is being blocked by your host, or confirm that it is being sent.

just for your information this is a multisite installation.

I do see what you mean, that the emails aren’t in the log.
GD cannot be network activated, it has to be activated for each site.
To continue with diagnosis, please provide a user with Network access to plugins and access on the sub-site, as well as FTP.
Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.
