Thanks for your reply. You have to copy and translate the translation file from “wp-content/plugins/geodir_payment_manager/geodir-payment-languages” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/gjsovq and paste it into /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder.
I have managed to translate one part, but there are others that I can not find in that file. I attached numbered images of what I could not translate to be told exactly where to find it, thank you very much Kor!
