    Hi there

I’ve just submitted a test listing using a different email address to my admin one.

The listing is published, but when I log in as the user, and go to “My Places” it doesn’t show the place I’e added.

Instead it shows “ERROR – this tab does not exist”.

Pls see attached screenshots to show this error, and also a screenshot confirming the published Place and user owner.

Also, I don’t know why the locations show as Western Australia – we are in NSW. I also don’t want “Shoalhaven City Council” showing. How do I fix this please?

    Thanks

    Miranda

    Hi Miranda,

Thanks for your post. It looks like you’ve not configured the listing tabs correctly. Kindly follow up the instructions here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/tabs/ and see if it helps.

    Hi

I’ve been through the documentation, and back to it again following your response.

I just don’t understand how what I have done (or not done) that prevents the listing from showing under the user’s “places”.

Can you please tell me specifically what I need to do?

It’s hard to say without checking the settings.
