December 8, 2018 at 3:22 pm in reply to: Disappointed…is there no way for custom post types to use the same categories? #457685The idea has been flagged. The developers will take a look at ideas like thus once all the features tk be ported to V2 are complete.
The developers have asked if you can share credentials to the site so they can take a look.
WP Admin, FTP, and DB all would be helpful.
If you haven’t already please install the Query Monitor plugin.

Thanks
I got an error when trying a search: Error establishing a database connection
More resources for the DB would be one option.
I will flag your topic for the developers so they can share any guidance they have.
Hello!
Still lots of features to be added to V2, we are aware of that one and the developers have been notified.
Thanks for reporting! We will post back here with updates.
Try adjusting the setting at
GD, Settings, General (tab), Search (subtab), Search near radius
Unless you have listings under 7mi from your location they won’t show unless you raise that number. Try 100

I am getting a 500 error when i try to login.
Please share FTP so we can diagnose the issues.
Records for Gambia for V1 should be imported to “The Gambia”. They were set to Australia because “Gambia” didn’t have a match. We are taking a look at this chabge we made. In V1 it is The Gambia and v2 it is Gambia in the country definition file. Looks like it will be changed back to The Gambia in V2 as that is hownit is known in most records.
We have taken a look and this appears resolved. Please check and let us know. Probably a cache issue and cleared up after ealier changes.
Sure thing, hang in there and we will get this sorted.
Right now when I click on the Near field, I can’t select any of the values.
You already have all the non-GD plugins disabled, so the developers will take a look and let us know.
December 7, 2018 at 11:52 pm in reply to: Mutilocations not working after updating to WP 5.0 #457599Please make another post for the other issues. The developers will take a look at the 500 issue here and let us know what they find. Thanks
