Try setting the Maps API to OpenStreetMap at
GD – Design – Maps
Make sure to review the basic installation settings – https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/
1. Claim all events, too – No that is not part of GD, that would be a customization.
2. Please check the settings at GD – Design – Detail – LINKED EVENTS SETTINGS – adjust the first setting to Upcoming.

With BP installed the search page slug must be other than ‘search’ – fixed
With GDV2 the WP Front page cannot be set to one of the GD pages/templates – fixedThere is still an issue with the location switcher, and I have flagged this for the developers. Thanks for your patience while they look into it.
In the future please post V2 issues to a V2 subforum.
If you have FTP it may help the developers diagnose the issue better//faster.

GD loads the maps api the “WP Way”. The author really ought to do it the right way.
It is possible to dequeue scripts so we have some examples here but it is outside support.

You could just as well use these examples to dequeue the other plugin’s scripts.

Check in GD, Settings, Locations, Cities to make sure your default city is set, then check the main Locations settings to see that you have allow multiple locations.

If you are using tabs then add the phone field to the tabs using the tabs settings in
CPT, Settings, Tabs
We don’t have a filter for phone display but will look into it for later versions.

For your question, V2 detects the V1 tables, and that the the converter would notice them regardless.
