No, you will have to manually upgrade to V2, it is not an automatic thing at this time.
1. You can merge locations in the cities tab to group listings under one or more important locations, but they will need to be maintained over time.

This could be a problem with the default location, or an incorrect setting for permalinks.
We can check your settings for you if you would make a private reply and include WP Admin credentials.
Not at this time, but I have flagged you topic for the developers who will let us know if there are plans to add that feature.

Please use the Pricing Manager addon that is for V1. V2 addons can only be used with GDV2.
2.0.3.4 is the latest version for V1 available in your account.
The flicker seems fine to me, but I cannot select a location. I click but it doesn’t stick.
Please send over WP Admin and we will take a look at that.

The map does show a lot of listings, but I cannot see the listings you pointed out, as you say.
