Hello,
it could be that this is a duplicate slug. Make sure you don’t have a category with the same name.
You can try adding an s to check it. Change the slug to /listings/
Make sure to resave permalinks after changes like this
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404
The options Kor mentions are the only ones available at this time.

One thing you can do is customize the add listing page map zoom level
We have added the GD > Dynamic Content widget.
Here is an example:
[gd_dynamic_content key="package_id" condition="is_equal" search="4"]Show this if price package 4 is active[/gd_dynamic_content]
You can then replace that text with, for example, the GD Post Address shortcode. This would then only show the address of the listing if the listing has price package 4 active.
March 10, 2020 at 9:11 am in reply to: Understanding Fields: Related Event vs. Linked from/Linked to #534671The “Link Post: Places” field is the one that comes with GeoDirectory Custom Post Types Addon, created automatically when the addon is installed, and easily added to a CPT as a predefined custom field.
Usage is covered here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/custom-post-types/Once added, yes, a shortcode Link Posts will appear in the tabs.
I am not familiar with the Related Event field, that is probably your own custom field.
Try using the GD Ninja Forms shortcode and make sure you are using Code blocks, not text editor blocks.
Code blocks have the button for the shortcode builder, too.
If we need to check the settings then include WP Admin credentials in a private reply.

This reply has been marked as private. Is the Smush plugin a recent addition?
Have you tried disabling it?March 9, 2020 at 9:39 pm in reply to: ERROR: You have entered an incorrect CAPTCHA value. Click the BACK button in you #534601The developers will check on it. That kind of failure is often related to the site/server config, but we will take a look.
Open the description field in the custom fields settings and remove the option “Show in extra output locations” -> Listings (remove)
Hello,
you are still using GDV1 which has limited compatibility with image optimization plugins. The problem is Smush. You can try adjusting the settings but we have only seen this plugin work with GDV2. You will probably needd to disable it to bring the images back. Try disabling some of the options, first like lazyload.

Ah, I see, thanks for clarifying.
