Try
[data-tab="#special_offers"] { background-color: orange; }I’m sorry, there isn’t a method to do that at this time.
That isn’t a GD feature, though it could be inside a widget.
It looks like google ads inserted ‘before content’. It could be a widget, or a google ads plugin set to insert ‘before’ content on every page.
Try disabling any plugins related to google ads.
If you can’t find it by disabling non-GD plugins, you can make a private reply with your WP Admin credentials and login URL and we can give it a try.
We are testing and hope to release tomorrow.
Where are you using the builder? For V1 all page templates are overwritten and replaced by GD render.
You will have a lot more success with GDV2 which allows page builder usage on templates pages.

Can you provide an example with a link and the shortcode you are using? Include WP Admin if you want us to check the settings.
Hello,
We had a similar issue with V1. I have flagged this topic for the developers to take a look.
For the developers, check https://img.techpowerup.org/181021/image-1354.png

Until they are connected, you might have your query limit set to ‘1’, after which the developer overlay appears.

Hello,
We have considered alternatives but none of them work well.
The workaround we recommend is to add the Title with the special character, and then add a tag to the listing without the special characters.
Search will look through titles and tags, so one or the other will get your listing revealed in search.
Let us know how it goes

Your plugins are out of date. Please update all your GD plugins and check to see if that fixes the issue.
Here is a doc on how to install WP Easy Updates to add licenses and use auto updates.
Not sure why you think it is a GD related problem, still.
Most of the ones I have used have a setting for mobile display, specifically to turn it off on mobile display. Might need some CSS to work around that.
If you switch themes does the problem persist?
The CSS kor provided is only for screens 600px and below. What size are you testing for when you say web?
