I can see what you mean there, that the pages goes blank when you click the beaver builder button on the backend. The frontend page loads, then goes white.
I have flagged this for a developer to take a look.
The add listing page is /wp-admin/post.php?post=961&action=edit
October 9, 2018 at 12:42 am in reply to: Problem changing home page to custom build version. #4490841. Thanks for catching that, the doc needed an update. It was written before the upgrade script was available. Updated! https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/overview/
2. The update script will only run once for the core plugin. Installation of Addons will not trigger another update script.
3. Shortcodes for GDV2 have changed. You can find them and all their available params in the shortcode builder available on any WP page. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/
4. The page loads OK for me on the frontend. Checking with the pagebuilder.

How can I replace the Write button with Review with another button that takes me to a form that allows me to send mail to the advertiser?
You can try adding a link by using a custom field, otherwise it is a customization.
Can the telephone be put in place of the evaluation and comments?
You can use the custom fields settings to change field order, and use the field option “show in what locations” to change the location. Try “More info tab”.
In the mobile view, the “Show Map” and “Search Listings” button does not work
how do I solve it?We will need to see the site and the specific issue.
This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
can you tell us where the error shows up so we can recreate it?
Please share WP admin credentials in a private reply and we will see about that. FTP can also be helpful if you have it handy.
Thanks
Hello,
I can see that the license key fields are not present on the plugins page, though WP Easy Updates is installed. I will flag this for the developers to take a look and see if they can find the plugin conflict there.
Do you have a staging or dev site for troubleshooting?
Also, if you have FTP, that is very helpful for troubleshooting. Thanks
For a dev site to test GD without data to be saved, it is not necessary to select any of the uninstall options for an upgrade.
1. Deactivate and delete all GD Addons
2. Deactivate and delete GD core plugin
3. Upload, install, and activate GDV2 core plugin. When GD V2 is activated you will receive a notification that an update script must be run. Run that to perform the upgrade.
4. Upload, install, and activate GDV2 addonsFor category pages check the Metas & Titeles section. Also check Titles & Meta for the location Meta Title under Titles and Meta >> Location Page Meta Settings >> Location page meta title
Additional location options are under

Hello,
those sound like general WP issues. Do you have revisions enabled on the site?
It may be easiest to restore a recent backup as a clone and take the content from there.

Hello,
we can take a look, sure. You should also take a look at this:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/
Try to find a listing that you think you be included in the search. Send us the search URL where it should show up, and then the listing URL itself so we can check it out.
Also make sure you have WP Easy Updates installed so you can get the latest version of each beta addon.
Hello,
you can check your WordPress discussion settings, make sure comments are enabled there and on the listings where you comment.
If you are able to see the reviews form that is probably not the problem, though.
503 is usually a resource error. you can also check your host error log.
We can take a look, too, if you will post your WP Admin in a private reply we can check your settings. Please provide a link to a test listing where we can see the issue.
Try adjusting the settings at
GD – Design – Home
Use the option to disable the right sidebar there and set the main column width to 90 or 100%
Hello,
your GD plugins are out of date. Please see this doc about how to enable licenses and automatic updates. There have been several fixes for compatibility with Yoast.

See if an update fixes this issue, and let us know how it goes.
Hello,
after checking with the developers they advise to check to make sure you use the right quote marks key “”
