    Hello,

    Do you mean the map, being centered on the locations on the map?

    It looks centered to me.There is a yellow 4 over there on the left, and the map is centered between that listing and the big group of them on the right.

    Hello,

    Can you tell us how to recreate the error?

    In some cases database settings can limit columns, but most hosts have default settings that allow more than enough columns for GeoDirectory purposes.

    You do have a lot of custom fields, though, so you may have run up against this limit with your host.

    If the error repeats, you can come back here and share how to recreate the error, along with FTP and PHPMyAdmin access so we can take a look at the DB settings and find a solution.

    Hello,

    thank you for testing. This has been reported to the developers.

    Have you already tried with the Primer theme?
    If not, which theme are you using?
    If you try with Primer what happens?

    Hello!

    Several of us have tested this in Chrome and haven’t seen an issue. The developers have been alerted and will take a look in Safari and Firefox and let us know what they find.

    Hello,

    1# This has been reported to the developers and they will provide an update here when the issue is resolved.

    2# If the users are not active they will only show in the other lists.

    3# This is resolved by adjusting the plugin design settings

    4# This can be resolved with translation

    Hi Colin,

    This custom CSS code below should fix that.

    .geodir-rating .geodir_Star img {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Hello,

    which OS/browser are you using? I just tried in android/chrome with Primer theme running without issue.

    Maybe it is theme related? Could you send a link?

    Hello,

    1. Query limit – You need to add your billing option to the Google Map API project, see https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/directions/usage-and-billing
    and https://wpgeodirectory.com/google-maps-platform-changes-directory-developers/

    2. Backend editor issues – I did add and edit a listing through the backend, but after save, I saw that the query limit error appeared and so the maps api fails to load. Take care of 1. above and this could be resolved.

    3. geodir_all_js_msg – I see this message as well. This could be related to the mixed content errors on the site. Please address those and let us know if it fixes the issue. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/v2/mixed-content/

    Hello,

    in this case ‘backend’ means the GeoDirectory Social Importer addon settings at:

    GeoDirectory – Social Importer – Connect (button)

    Give that a try and let us know how it goes

    Please be aware that Facebook has very strict policies applicable to external applications that access Facebook data. See this topic for more information:

    Hello,

    you could try this solution, where you hide the free package and hand out the URL as needed: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/hide-package-options/#post-444318

    Or you could create a discount code: https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/discounts/

    Hello,

    Near search field will attempt to find the center of the location, in your example ‘Bithlo’, then it will use the default square distance to find all the listings that are relevant based on the search terms, like ‘Restaurant’. The Near search will return listings regardless of what location they are, but they must be within the search square, the setting at:

    GeoDirectory – General – Search – Limit squared distance area to X miles (helps improve search speed)

    Try increasing that or setting it for unlimited to see more results.

    When you search with Near, do make sure you do not select one of the autocomplete options. That will produce different results.

    You can read more about search here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/

    Hello,

    the URL structure for listing pages like that is:

    cpt/location/category

    an example is /attorney/atlanta/criminal-defense-lawyer/

    These are easier to find if you include the location in the URL for the detail page at:

    GeoDirectory – Permalinks
