However, if the problem is that a builder is adding styles to the page, and in some way altering how a shortcode or widget appears, it makes sense to first contact the builder. Most builders supply some method for adding shortcodes to a page that reduces the interference of the builder itself. In some cases they have a ‘code’ widget that specifically leaves out the compounded markup of the builder.

Geodirectory messaging from the “Send Enquiry” feature is done through email sent directly to listing owners.
Geodirectory does not contain a user profile system, as such, but the #loginbox widget supplies links to “My Listings” where listing owners can see all their listings in one place.

I have conferred with the team about the hentry issues. We have created an issue for this and will be taking another look at it when the Directory Starter and Supreme child themes are updated for Geodirectory V2.

The site appears to be broken. We cannot see the site or login to it.
1) As a general rule customization are beyond support. This is pretty straightforward and I think easy to understand. You are paying for a software and the support to use it, not to modify it.
2) However if the customization requested doesn’t take a lot of our time to be implemented and can be useful to others, we generally do implement it and provide it in the forum.
3) If it takes more than 15 minutes we say no, because 1 customer’s customization would be stealing time to the rest of the community.
What happens exactly is that we flag the request for the developers, they evaluate how easy/hard it would be and tell us yes or no.
