You can have complete control over the entire page, and create that area yourself. Or you can use a template that is already setup and harder to change.
Right now you can set the GD Details template to to a different setting
Edit the page, then check the sidebar for “Page Attributes” and choose a different template, something besides the GeoDirectory Single like the default.
Once you have changed the template, use blocks or shortcodes to add as many items as you want to the page or the tabs.
February 24, 2020 at 11:10 pm in reply to: How to set edit/modify listing status to pending preview #532043Hello,
you can edit the email notification to change that text. Try it out and let us know.
Works for me, steps followed:
1. Create new archive themer layout
2. Publish
3. Edit, add default content, save
4. Select from pages -> Themer searchHowever, I see that previous layouts are no longer available. I will ask the developers to take a look and see why the other layouts cannot be selected.
If I understand it correctly, including the child/subcategory listings in the parent category isn’t possible without actually assigning the parent category to the listings. This can be ‘forced’ when the listing is add/edited with a customization.
Hello,
let me try to respond to the issues you have mentioned:
Map not loading on add listing page
There are a couple of errors on the page. You should probably try disabling non-GD addons or switching theme to see if the map will show. We can do this for you if you have a staging site or you can provide FTP for this site.
Package Category limit
Packages all have a setting to limit the number of categories. If you want to charge $1 for each additional category you will need to make a package for each category count like Package A – 2 categories, Package b – 3 categories etc.
Search Category
If you use the Category select dropdown, it will only show categories that have listings. If you mean the autocomplete dropdown from the search near field, that will show all categories. We have a task to look at improving that. In the meantime you can disable autocomplete for categories in the Advanced Search tab.
1. Which “board” are you referring to? Could you provide some screenshots?
2) How do I upload/multiple maps icon?
You should be able to export the categories to see the exact format for how to load the icon as a file. When you do your import format it the same way.
For real estate and events, I plan to offer users the ability to list to purchase listing plans that include various amounts of listings per year from one to unlimited.
We plan to add a feature like this in the future, but for now some members have been using a simple workaround. If, for example, there is a free package for 1 event, then a paid package for unlimited events, for the unlimited events these could be added using the Franchise Manager addon. Enable franchises for the package and set the count for unlimited and the cost to 0.
Add Listing page sidebar
It looks like you have fixed this, as the GD Dashboard is showing on the sidebar.
You can also try the new connect plugin

Hello again,
it is not really possible to use the same key for all, or, at least it is not advised. The Geocoding key cannot have http referrer restrictions, so, setting it up as a separate key is a good way to go about it.
The way to get a new and correctly setup geocoding key is
1. Log out of cloud console
2. Log into your website
3. Go to the settings page and click Show advanced
4. Find the Geocoding “Generate new key” button, click that
5. This will allow you to select the project and a new key will be created. On the front page, the related_to=”category” cannot be used, so, try removing that.
You can absolutely use 2 on a page.
If there is still an issue please share WP Admin credentials so we can take a look at the issue.
This is almost always caused by a plugin conflict. Please try disabling non-GD addons to see which one might be causing that, and then let us know what you find.

February 24, 2020 at 9:12 pm in reply to: My CSS coding was wrong and it cleared my customizer #532020You can probably find it in the database, in the options table.
You can contact WP Support or a GD Expert to help you with recovery.
Hello,
when editing with Elementor, use the “Shortcode” element.
When you open one of those, you will see the shortcode builder button.
With Elementor always use shortcodes.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/builders/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/Yes the address field is required.
Most of the GeoDirectory functions for basic services like archives, filters, and sorting are related to one or more address parts.
The only workaround is to disable the physical location for the CPT.
What I saw could have been a cache issue.
For example, immediately after login I could still see that the My Account menu showed ‘login’ but after changing page the menu swapped out and I saw the menu for logged in users, with the logout link.
I don’t see a cache plugin on the site, try contacting your host about the site speed and for information about how the cache works. If you can, specifically, exclude the login and registration pages from the cache.
We haven’t had any reports that match that case exactly.
I recommend you try with V2 visible using the “I’m not a Roboto” checkbox, with the same key and settings for both plugins.
You can use both plugins together, just make sure the settings don’t overlap, that you haven’t used both on the same wp login form, for example.
