We would be happy to take a look to make sure the files are in the right place.
Can you provide CPanel access?
About the SSH error, can you send a link?
I was able to open the zip and will pass it on to the developers.
You could also contact a GD Expert about using a plugin ti display a custom image. For example, they might come up with a solution where 1) make a custom image field to upload the image, then 2) have another custom field that uses a shortcode to display the image 3) using an existing plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-vr-view/
GD comes with the Special offers field, which can be used with packages and “Show in what location” and can even be set inside the GD Popular Post shortcode so you can make a page with listings that feature a special offer.

Hello,
for the issue with CSS Site Origin, please contact the author.
This topic has gotten quite long. If the issue with the neighborhood is now resolved, please start a new topic or clarify which GD issues remain to be resolved.
Hello,
Guust and the Geotourism Center do theme and site setups.
Hello,
please let us know about the issue you have on your site.
thanks
I do not, except exporting to process in the CSV format with scripts, or working with the API, but I will forward your question to the developers in case they have something to add.
If it is important to you, you can make a thread to invite members to work together on a solution. It could be that you could hire a GD Expert developer to create an addon or modification to the plugin you mentioned that would get you there.
I have flagged this for the developers and they will check into it further.
In regards to your question, I was responding to your statement that User A was admin.
Undo claim will restore the author (if it was User A, even if User A is not admin) and the author may edit the place.
Deleting the claim will leave the claimant as the author and in this case if the original author is a different user, unless they are an admin they cannot edit the place in the frontend.

There isn’t a feature for processing suggested changes, but I will forward your question to the developers in case the developers have something to add on the subject.
Please check server PHP sessions configuration with your hosting provide or add the following line in wp-config.php to skip using php sessions:
define('GEODIR_USE_PHP_SESSIONS', false); This problem is similar to this one https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/unable-to-add-new-listings/page/2/#post-135324
Let us know how it goes
These issues are related to your host. You will need to contact your host about the issues. Bluehost cache is incompatible, and as mentioned above a change must be made about your sessions. I have flagged this for the developers to make a quick temporary fix for GD Sessions, but you will continue to have issues if the situation is not resolved with the host.

Tutorial: “Our Awesome Partners”
Use Case: Our site has some awesome partners, and we want to show these partners on every GD Listing page. Our site only uses Places, so these are Place listings that have a tag “Awesome Partners”. Each time we add a new partner, we add that tag, and then their listing shows up on the Listings page.
The Tutorial Description: An advanced tutorial for how to make an arbitrary group of listings with an arbitrary tag, and show them with the GD Listings Shortcode on the GD Listing page.
Note: Enabling the display of shortcodes in text widgets is outside the scope of GD Support. Check the resources section below for a ‘how to’.
What you need:
– GD installed and activated, listing page setup in GD Permalinks
– GD Listing Shortcode[gd_listings post_type="gd_place" layout=5 tags="Awesome Partners"]– 1 or more gd_place listings with the tag “Awesome Partners”
– Text Widget assigned to GD Listing Top sectionSteps
– Add tag to the listings
– Setup the Text widget, and include the shortcode
– Enable shortcodes for the text widget
– Enjoy!Resources

Admin and Owner(author) can always edit.
What is the name of your hosting company?
Please address the session issue directly or with your webhost.
This is related to the issue referenced in your other thread here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/cant-add-new-place/
The session stores information about the user interaction with the site. If the location cannot be stored, then it refreshes to try again.
