if the details page is not showing, try resaving permalinks:

You can use shortcodes, blocks, or widgets. They all have the same settings.
Maybe you want to try adding that to your sidebar. Choose a GD Post Meta widget, and add it to the sidebar that shows on the GD Details template.

That looks like GD Post Content, probably showing the post_content field.
Does the listing on the right have that field filled?

Well, for example, you could add those fields to the search drawer, then use the same CSS you are already using to hide the search for and search near fields.
We don’t have any examples of that, it is pretty far outside the common use. If you don’t need any of the regular fields in the search row, then, the remaining option is to place them in the drawer.

Add GD Listings blocks for each of the CPTs you want to feature there.
Yes, you can do that or you can edit the city and region.
Editing the region can work well, perhaps best, because of how the match from region to city is made.
