You were not using an email with with the key ’email’, which is required. I added a new email field with key ’email’ and the Submit Enquiry buttons shows fine on the test listing.
That was not a feature of V1 and is not currently a feature of V2, to create packages that include more than one CPT.
You can of course all anyone to post free and premium listings of any CPT.
You can make a free package for events. Then visit the GD Navigation options and add a link to the Add Event page.

For the parent categories, those sound great, Japanese, Italian, etc.
For the question of how to make sure every noodle type can be found through search, I recommend that every noodle type be added in the Title, the Description, as a Category, or as a Tag. Search will look at the values in those.
The GD Dashboard addon is only for V1 and should not be used with V2. All the features have been improved and integrated into the page you see in the GD Settings

yes, you can use the shortcode builder to create a GD Search shortcode that has the options drawer ‘always open’.

You are using UsersWP
You should not use UsersWP and BP on the same site.
Why are you trying to search by expire date?
Try a different date field.
Try removing the search page from the trash.
If it is already out of the trash, try changing the slug.
Please share a link to the site and the specific page where you want to change the font size.
Generally speaking, font changes with GD will require custom CSS. See this document for more info about creating your own:

We do not plan on adding a “View All” button. GD Categories with V2 is a lot more flexible than with V1. To do something like that you could
1. Add GD Categories with limited categories to the front page
2. Add a new page called ‘All Categories’ – use GD Categories to show call categories and subcategories.
3. Edit the front page and add a link “View all” that links to the new page.
