Hello!
Changing the size of some text sounds like something you or your developer can do with CSS.
You can read this page about how to create new styles with CSS and add them to GD > Design > Custom CSS
Hello!
This sound s like a cache issue. You might have a cache plugin that is active on logged in pages?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#cacheplugins
We would be happy to take a look at the site. Just make a private reply with site URL and WP Admin credentials.

Hello!
Which theme are you using?
Well! It looks like it is not ‘saving’ yes?
Could be a damaged file.. You might start with reinstalling the payment manager.
Deactivate, delete, then re-download and re-install.Hello!
You can add a new image field to the place post type for ‘logo’ and allow users to add it while they add their listing.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#custom
Listings and Map Bubbles use the “Featured Image’, the first immage uploaded to the gallery for each place. Changing it would be a customization outside of what we do here in support, but you can approach GD devs here to hire someone to do it for you: https://geodirectoryexperts.com
Depending on your theme, you can change the default ‘gravatar’ , the image displayed in the place of the author user’s account, but in order to show the logo there, again it would be a customization.
Hello!
You can change some slugs and the Event name in the settings for GD > Events Settings
You can also translate/localize the core plugin as well as addons into your language, and when you do so, you can add or change strings in ways that suit you and your site.
You can find complete instructions here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
Each add-on has translation files, too: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/Once you change one ‘string’ and see it working, you will probably want to change many more to make your site stand out and ‘speak’ to your customers.
Let us know how it goes!

Hello!
Did you set the package to “Active” ?
Is the package supposed to be applied to the CPT of the listing you are viewing/editing?
Hello!
You can export them, mark them published, and re-import them.
Bulk actions have been disabled because they did not work.
Hello!
Please provide the following information:
Name of the CPT and name of the custom field
URL Of example listing that has that field true
WP Admin login informationThank you
Hello!
Yes, that is because it is only searching the listings that are “Near” the user.
You can disable that functionality GeoDirectory >> Advance Search and disable:
1) If an option is selected, the autocompleter for Near is enabled.
2) If this option is selected, users will not be auto geolocated on first load.
3) If this option is selected, users will be asked if they with to be geolocated via a popupHello!
You can disable the Near functionality
GeoDirectory >> Advance Search and disable:
1) If an option is selected, the autocompleter for Near is enabled.
2) If this option is selected, users will not be auto geolocated on first load.
3) If this option is selected, users will be asked if they with to be geolocated via a popupHello!
We can take a look at why the menu is being hidden on the front page.
Thank you for your patience while we do that
Hello!
Is this still an issue?
