Hello!
GeoDirectory doesn’t have options for disabling those notifications, but there was a previous thread with some advice for where to start on your own custom plugin fit-to-purpose:

Hello!
Is this still a problem?
Hello!
Is this still an issue?
Ah, ok, I misunderstood, I thought you were making some kind of specials offer super integration or something with another plugin that provided a widget that will be used in that tab (if there is X).

what plugin will you be working with for the special offers?
Hello!
Do you mean email notifications? Which ones?
Or, did you mean banning some users based on email? If they are already registered, then you can remove them, yes. You can either change the author or delete the user.
If you don’t want them to register again, you could try a blacklist plugin: https://www.google.co.id/search?ei=rh8fWsbSNsuHvQS53JEI&q=wordpress+blacklist&oq=wordpress+blacklist
Hello!
This appears to happen with listings under your ‘Deals’ menu also.
How to find the issue:
1. Deactivate non-GD plugins one by one to see if the send enquiry functionality is restored.
2. Deactivate any snippets that apply to the detail page to see if that works. Now that you are pretty far down the road with your custom code, looking at your own code first is a good place to start.
Hello!
That isn’t available out of the box.
I have an idea, though?
You could set the price to a billion and $5 dollars, and then make a discount code good for 5 uses, each use good for a billion dollar savings.
Then, after 5 signups, deactivate the package.
What do you think?
Hello!
Yes, while you are building up your site, you might try coming up with 50 or 100 listings across the area. Then you can export those and use them again if you rebuild the site. You can also manually create more listings in nearby areas by creating your own dummy data right inside the spreadsheet.
Imported data doesn’t have to be accurate, as far as city or lat/lon is concerned, so you can do some interesting things for testing.

1. Have you tried dropping the cache for the site? This is not a GD specific feature. You may want to use Yoast SEO to optimize your sharing with social media sites. https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-wordpress-seo-by-yoast/
2. You were probably using a plugin like this for that feature (it is not part of GD) : https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#logic
3. You have an error in your Google API key. You should probably create a new key from GD > Design > Map

Hello!
You probably have some custom CSS that is blocking there display.
I recommend you update the theme, if needed, and then remove your custom CSS line by line until you find the culprit.
