Thanks for making a new post.
We ship settings with the GD Core plugin, but fixes do happen sometimes, like this recent one here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/detail-view-sidebar-gets-wrapped-to-bottom-of-page/#post-405058
If you want the latest, just keep your plugin updated and you can export them from there.
We would be happy to take a look at your site and see if we can find the issue.
Please create a private reply and share your site URL as well as the Admin credentials so we can login. If you are running a site with many other plugins, it can also be helpful to have FTP access.
Before we can do that, please confirm that you have updated WordPress and the GD plugins to the latest versions.

(Divi is ‘built in’ by default and you don’t need compatibility options, and should remove them if you have already set them. Some updates are expected with each plugin version, so, stay up to date.)

Unfortunately only Categories and Tags will group listings together with links to direct pages. I think you should still try to do what you want with tags, for some of the options at least.

Where should we start. What is the problem you are seeing with the package downgrade? It sounds like you are waiting to see what happens when it does the downgrade automatically.
