Hello!
The Payments Manager add-on allows you to setup as many different listing packages and prices as needed to cover your use case.
The Payments Manager Addon works with the Invoicing plugin to create custom invoices, and supports multiple gateways including Paypal and Stripe, as well as other options that can be used for manual payments.
The Events Addon adds a Date Field to your listings, plus a variety of event related features including a calendar. Events can also be associated to a listing.
The Claim Listing Addon allows your site visitors to automatically (or with manual approval) to claim listings, edit listings, add events, and more.

Hello!
There’s a plugin for that here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/gd-business-hours-2/
You can find information on our member forums here about using shortcodes in widgets or on WordPress.org, too: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/trying-to-use-short-code-in-text-widget/
Let us know how your use of the plugin goes, looking forward to seeing your site!
Hello!
You can try updating via zip file using this plugin recommended here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#easy
We can also take a look and help you install that plugin, if needed, to make automatic updates easier. Just make a private reply with your site URL and your admin credentials if you want us to take a look.

solutions for 3rd party plugins, host cache including Varnish, and WordPress itself are outside the scope of our Support Policy:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/We are available to diagnose issues with GD Booster, if that is the Addon you choose for your cache solution. We have diagnosed that there is an issue with Varnish, yes, but we cannot offer any solutions for Varnish at all. Nor can we continue to work on GD Booster issues while your plugins and WordPress are outdated or while WP Super Cache is still running.
Your Varnish issue is not specifically related to GD: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11420074/weird-varnish-503-error-what-does-this-mean
Would you like us to examine your other site for GD Booster configuration? If so, please provide FTP and WP Admin credentials.
Thank you
Hello!
I will ask a developer to take a look at the code you submitted here to tell you why it isn’t working.
Have you tried other plugins, though? There are many other comment editors out there. How many have you already tried?
There are some developers who are happy to help in the GD jobs forum if you are ready to find support for the feature you really want.
Hello!
You could send your customers a coupon for an Events package with their receipt.
Hello,
That would be a customization. We don’t provide support for customized programmatic usage of the GD Core or Addons; the primary and supported use case is through the front end editor or the API.
Please contact a developer to help you with your additional customization.
Additionally, please make a new support topic in the appropriate forum for your bug or issue.
Thank you
Hello!
The Logan’s listing will never expire because it is set for ‘0’ Alive days which means ‘infinite’.
Try setting it for ‘1’ and letting the system expire and downgrade it.

We have taken a deeper look at this and we found a bug! We have put it on our task list and will get a fix out as soon as possible with a regular update to Supreme Directory.
You can get the update automatically with your normal theme updates.
Before that happens, you could remove or combine a couple menu items to work around the issue, temporarily.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Hello!
On the front page upper section, the default is the search bar and the popular categories. The goal is that “Realtors” is one of those categories. I would like users to click on Realtors and be taken to a different page that allows them to see the Realtor categories like Condo Sales, Luxury Sales, etc. Each Realtor will be in 2 or 3 categories. Is this possible?
It is not possible to change one search result to go to a different page.
You might consider excluding realtors from the search, and instead using the category select in search for the type of building.
You can also use a different “Front Page” for WordPress that is not the GD Home page. On the WP front/home page, then, you could put in your own html with other plugin helpers to make a list of link to each of the realtor categories listing pages.

Helping visitors find the Location pages with a list of links might help.
You can add the location switcher to the main menu: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/#main
You can also create a page with links to all locations:
