That sounds possible, yes. You will need a custom post type, and to examine the options for the widgets and shortcodes very carefully to make sure your links to insurance providers meet your needs.

I think you should try it out, and then come back and let us know if you need more help.
You might also use Widget Logic, to ensure that the widget for insurance providers only shows on car dealer post types.
Your localhost server may have different settings.
We can’t help much with your local.

Also, please provide admin credentials in case we need to take a look.
You can find a number of settings in both GD, Places, and Widgets for adjusting the design of your GD site. Be sure to take a look there to see what options you have there, too.
Column layouts are, generally, a fixed aspect of the design, and we are not providing support to change the basic layouts for listing pages for mobile or desktop, including the column count.

Hello
be sure to check the basic setup guide. you will need to have some settings in place before your import, including a default location.

To figure out your issue, please follow the basic setup guidelines, and install the dummy data.
Export the dummy data, and compare the CSV to what you want to import to see if the structure matches.
You should immediately be able tp -reimport the dummy data with changes.
Follow additional import/export instructions for how to work with data for import/export
Hello!
Please take a look at the setup documentation. There are several settings mentioned in the setup documentation.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/
There are settings in the Dashboard->GD on General and Design
There are also settings related to the widgets and the listings themselves.Whichever page you are working with, you will also need to check the WordPress settings for the page that allow you to choose a template.
In your post above you said you are not using the gd_home page as your home page. Write back and tell us more after you have checked out the options above, and what you are trying to achieve, and on which page, exactly.
Hello!
Good ideas. You are on the right track.
You can check out the site demos and showcase for more inspiration. There also many folks using GD in this https://www.facebook.com/groups/1041140559338764/ , where I have seen sites with similar styles.
Testing=good
