February 6, 2020 at 9:34 pm in reply to: Event Search not searching through "linked place" text #529175Not at this time, but I have taken this idea up as a suggestion and the developers will consider creating one.
I see that, but I can’t recreate it on my test site. Both the predefined video field and a custom field textarea should respect that setting.
Do you have a staging site for debugging the issue?
We will need wp admin and FTP for the staging site.

They are used in text replacements like the prefix to the title field, autopopulated when a new CPT is used. There is only the single slug option.

inability to edit settings is usually a plugin conflict. Please try disabling non-GD addons to see which one is causing that and let us know what you find.

Can you share the URL of the event you are trying to import? Then we can test it.

You may run into issues hiding it with CSS, as you have already discovered. It’s really not possible to hide the region field if you want to use more than one region or more than one city.
2. You can add as many tabs as you want, or, indent the fields under one tab to show as many fields as you want under one tab.
1. The city field still shows up as a mandatory field (with star).
The city field is required, yes.
2. I am using the Listimia theme and the city still gets added to the address on the top of the listing, so it shows up twice at the top of the listing page, so it is: 123 Bank Street, City, City. Where is this being pulled from? Should I open a ticket with Listimia re this?
Yes, talk to the theme author if that address is not accessible to you.
a) I have the CPT add-on and have created a couple of categories. I would like them to sort alphabetically in the search box, but they seem to be sorted by date (more recent first). How do I change this?
These are sorted by date and listing count. There isn’t currently a setting to change that but I will make a note for the developers to consider that for future versions.
b) Not sure if this is a question for Listimia, but I have disabled comments on the pages, but just above the address at the top of the listing it says “No Comments”. How do I remove this?
Again, if you don’t have access to that area of the theme then contact the theme authors. We can help with some CSS to hide it if you can share a link to the page.
c) Do comments have to be disabled on each page, or is there a way to disable all comments on pages?
There is a global setting in WP – Settings – Discussion.
Then you can use bulk edit to disable comments for existing listings. Can you share where the logs with this error are located?
You can use is_contains
[gd_post_badge key="payment_methods" condition="is_contains" search="Visa" badge="Visa" bg_color="#0073aa" txt_color="#ffffff"]
