Hello,
It looks like you may have network activated GD. Try activating on the subsite instead.
If that isn’t the case, please share WP Admin credentials so we can check out the missing fields issue.
About the address field:
When you have the Location Manager installed, you can edit the CPT general settings and check the box to ‘Disable the physical location’ . That will remove the address field from the CPT and the form.

Please try using shortcodes instead like ‘gd_add_listing’
Make sure to use the Elementor shortcode element, which also has a GD shortcode builder attached.
January 29, 2020 at 10:55 am in reply to: Impossible to integrate filters (geodir-show-filters) #527850Hello,
the ‘search for’ keyword text field will search through text in the title/description/category and tags
For custom field information, like an ‘elevator’ checkbox, you can add the fields to the advanced search options ‘drawer’ which opens with the cog/gear icon.
January 29, 2020 at 10:42 am in reply to: GD Post Meta – business_hours does not apply the date format #527848That is the event date, not the business hours.
Business hours does not have a date. Words for days, but not a date.
What are you using to show that event date? Have you reviewed the settings in:
GD – Settings – Events (tab) – Show advanced
You would need to customize it.
I have made a note of your feedback for the developers to review and consider for changes to this feature in the future.
January 29, 2020 at 10:39 am in reply to: GD Listings in two columns on smartphone screen sizes #527845No, the responsive CSS is included with GD and there are no themes that override it, as far as I know.
It sounds like you will want to explore the settings for GD Categories.
GD Categories has many settings to adjust how many categories are shown, and also has an optional Sort by option.
Try using the shortcode builder to change GD Categories on your front page.

Yes, I think you can see this is a simple text match. ‘des’ text appears in the query and so places with ‘des’ in the name are listed.
There is only one search page.
You can see an example of how to use GD Map and GD Listings with a slug filter here, as Kor pointed out: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/maps/#location
January 29, 2020 at 9:07 am in reply to: Does GD use default wp_mail() function to send emails. #527822Yes, GD uses wp_mail
Thank you for reporting these issues. I have created a task for the developers to look into these issues.
January 29, 2020 at 12:44 am in reply to: GD Listings in two columns on smartphone screen sizes #527793The classes for layouts are here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/layouts/You would need your own CSS for that. It sounds like you want to target grid 1 as a certain width.
