If some of the strings are broken in the original file you can compare the files (de to en) and find the strings and see if the originals are broken.
You will first need to import your listings.
Once imported, then export the listings. This will give you a post ID for each listing.The post ID then becomes the comment_post_ID when you import the reviews.

If you follow up with WP Admin credentials and a login URL we can look into the details of the issue.
You can use the setting in GD to exclude Subscribers from the backend.
Be careful to make sure your admin account is not a subscriber or you will not be able to login to the backend.
Listings are set to Pending after being submitted.
Once you publish them they should show in search.

The fields do 2 different things and cannot be combined into one, or, could, but would require extensive customization outside of what we can help with here in support.
