January 12, 2020 at 12:13 pm in reply to: Many "x" in the category and tag dropdown of Add Listing Page #525257
Add a new listing from the frontend. When no categories are selected, it is as if the categories are invisible but the ‘x’ is visible.

Changed from Google Maps to free map #525255This reply has been marked as private. The GD Post Meta widget will display a list of tags assigned to a listing on the GD Archive Item or the GD Details templates.
There is not an equivalent to GD Categories for tags.
To link to tags you can add them as menu items using the GD endpoints or simply create static links with HTML.
To group posts with tags, add the unique tag to listings then use GD Listings. Open the advanced options when creating the element to see the options to filter by tags.

Franchises are added with the “Add Location” text link in the sidebar. Franchises will have the same fields as the parent listing, minus whichever fields the user has locked.
When I added a franchise under Test 2 I was charged $12 which is the expected behavior.
If you are seeing issues, please provide details.
Which listing are you testing images with?
Your file is not formatted correctly. Try Libre or OpenOffice to open and edit and save CSV files.

Visit the Places tabs, click on shortcode, then select the shortcode builder button and choose the shortcode.
To show the address, choose GD Post Address.
January 11, 2020 at 12:11 pm in reply to: Click on add listing direct popup without login/register page #525184GeoDirectory powers the add-listing page shortcode. You can of course use the shortcode builder to add additional options there.

Try
[gd_post_images type="image" ajax_load="1" slideshow="1" show_title="1" animation="slide" controlnav="1" types="logo" fallback_types="0"]
Mainly you want to make sure you have removed show_logo’true but in that shortcode I also set a 0/false for fallback images. logo is by default the first fallback image type.
