do you mean the logo? That can be changed in the customizer.

You can also try editing the home page, and look for options in the right sidebar.

We’d love to help you get setup. Can you share a link and a screenshot so we can take a look?

1. Do you mean title? There should be a title, of course. Check if the field is active.
2. Is “Verified” a custom field? Do you mean claimed? If they are to be claimed, then the listing owner should mark them claimed.
3. OK, the price is set in the package. In order to be charged they must be added through the frontend. Did you add them through the frontend?
4. The listing owner will need to check that box. You can change the text to something that makes them want to click it.

Offhand that feature can’t be customized like a template or widget, but it is relatively simple feature, in and of itself.
