Try adding some text to the tab to see if that will make it show.

It sounds like you are talking about multiratings. Existing multiratings are not coming through in the upgrade?
Th way to do this is to visit the custom field settings for the video field, Show in what locations option, and remove the value ‘listings’
The 2 shortcodes I can think of are GD Location Description and GD Category Description.

GD Categories will provide links to categories, and has an option to hide empty categories. It can be limited to a single category but there isn’t a way to specify which specific category. You could also try GD Single Taxonomy or GD Post Meta for categories on the details page.
