The checkbox, adding that as a subsort, would only sort listings that are not 1) featured 2) not featured, of which there would be 0.
Try editing the GD Archive Item template. Remove everything you don’t want from the template.

apps must now be submitted for review, according to Facebook’s policies. Go ahead and submit it when you are ready, and in the meantime you can use the parser option.
Usually that error means that the Geocoding API is not available for use. This is either because the API is not available with your key, or billing hasn’t been setup.
Did you add a geocoding API key in
GD – Settings – General – Show advanced – Geocoding key
Use the button to make a new one, if needed.

Check your archive item template for the GD Post Distance element. Add that if it isn’t there already. It will only show on near search.

you can certainly create an “Add Listing” page for each CPT, but GeoDirectory doesn’t have any functions to hide a page from another user.
You will probably need a membership plugin to do that. It depends on what precisely you need to do. If you can say more or have more questions about how to use GD please write back with more details.
