You will need to use Elementor Pro with a theme builder layout for the the GD single. Using Elementor page builder will have unexpected results.
Try using the theme builder or disable Elementor on the details template.

For the currency symbol, are you storing the currency symbol in the field? or the Label? GDV2 has icon support for currency symbols. You can remove the icon but I would first check the settings for the field and remove it from the label if you have it duplicated there.

the search page template looks to be setup correctly.
I updated it with an HTML widget to check to make sure.
It appears to render fine without results, but it not working at all when searching for a listing title. None of the template is being shown at all.
I suspect this is a theme conflict and the developers will need to take a look at the theme templates themselves to look for that conflict.
Please share FTP in case they need that for debugging.

just to make sure, you mean you cannot add or remove an image from the listing default image field in the events category edit screen?
With 20069 we do have a fix in place that works on my test site.

No, as he mentioned there is no way to limit the number of franchises they can add.
Try resaving permalinks as described here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#4041. Go to WP Backend – Appearance – Widgets. Add the GD > Author Actions widget to the sidebar that appears on the listing details page.
2. You need a package that allows franchises, and the franchises should be set to 0 cost.
3. You can translate the plugin and change any text there.
