If you add “Switzerland” in the settings, then search “8001” it will submit “8001 Switzerland”. If you then submit “London” it will submit “London Switzerland”.
Try setting permalinks to post-name and then set the GD links to full location and category (or another setting if you already have that) then save. Then check Places-> All and click on link to view a listing.

If that doesn’t fix it please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look.
We don’t have any suggestions to share about it.
I’m sorry, we aren’t able to help with customizations in the forum.
You will need to add the snippet shown here, that I referenced in the guide:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#scriptsThank you!
We have seen several that have millions of listings.
We do our best to stick to features that make that possible 🙂
You don’t have to use it. If you clear out (trash) all listings and categories then add a new post type Places won’t be visible on the frontend.
We have a plan to revisit the idea in future versions. For now it is a customization.
This reply has been marked as private.Try adding a listing, then export your listings. You should see it.
You may need to return to the custom fields setup to remind yourself of the key you used for the field. Use the blue button to show the advanced options and the key.

GeoDirectory permalinks structure has several templates that can show the location.
Please read more about it here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/You can use a structure like that with your details page, like:
places/region/city/post-name
It is not necessary to add locations (cities, towns, states, etc) beforehand. Those are added automatically when listings are created, based on the location of the listing. The information is queried from either the OSM or Google APIs.
This reply has been marked as private. We are unable to help you with that as it requires a customization outside of support.
We recommend WP Super Cache with Autoptimize
