Edit the listing in the backend, set as a draft and save. Then use the WP Invoicing dialogue in the top right of the listing to create an invoice.

When you set the GD Post Claim or GD Ninja Forms element you can set the button text to “Claim this listing” and use it as a button or a link.
The developers will post an update about the timeline, if possible.
For targeting, it is possible to show or hide widgets with a plugin called widget logic, based on the category or location
