If you have a web file manager, then login and remove the rating manager plugin to see if it resolves the issue.

Unfortunately, Package ID is not loaded on the Add Listing page body class.
I have taken this up as a suggestion and will share it with our development team to see whether we can work on this in the near future.

3. It looks like you set a white background on the location page. If this is still an issue please share a different page URL where we can see the issue.
The search for field will search titles, tags, categories, and the description (post content) field.

GDV2 has extraordinary options for personalization.
You can completely change the listing Detail page by editing the GD Details template as shown here:

In the pic above you are showing the tabs. Try removing the “Profile” sub tab to hide the second post_content field.

For the phone, make sure you are using the predefined phone field.
If we need to check the settings please include WP Admin credentials and site URL in a private reply.
For total control of the page, do not use the GeoDirectory Single page template on the GD Details page. Instead use the fullwidth or default template.
