When you make a support request you can make it possible for us to help you as quickly as possible by always following up on your topic with an immediate private reply that includes all the access info we may need to login and debug an issue on your site.
You don’t have to do this, but it can save a couple of email exchanges. We don’t keep a log of credentials, so you will need to post them if they are needed to check on an issue.
Thanks
More information about getting support:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/support/I have setup a GeoDirectory Contact Form on your site. When you display a form you will need to use the GD Ninja Forms widget, not the Ninja Forms shortcode.
Here is an example:
[gd_ninja_forms form_id="2" text="Send Enquiry" post_contact="1" output="link"]https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/ninja-forms/
You can replace the other shortcode in your details template. I tried but the page would not save.
September 5, 2019 at 4:04 pm in reply to: Retargeting "automatically" for each listing page? #506610OK! I have collected that idea up as a suggestion for the developers to review for future versions.
In the near term I think if you are using one of these SaaS services and you want to display tracker code on GD pages you can use this with a plugin like Widget logic to display that code on every and only GeoDirectory pages:
geodir_is_geodir_page()You can find out more about widget logic here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/common-examples/#logicYou can check the next version to see if the new support for the drop down category in the search bar for category archive pages will work for you.
If you are in a hurry for additional features they will require a customization that is outside of what we can help with here in support.
Thank you, I have taken up your suggestion and shared them with the developers.
It is on our roadmap to work on improving this feature but I don’t have a timeline to share with you.
September 5, 2019 at 2:30 pm in reply to: Create packages include different number of listing option #506592Oh, I’m sorry, yes, you are correct, listing packages are for 1 listing each.
1. No for more than one option you would need a radio which would show all values.
2. As mentioned in a previous ticket the search options drawer category select is jot automatically selected on Category archives. In the next version if category is a drop down in the search bar it will be automatically selected on the corresponding category archive.
For 1, then perhaps setting a “Unknown/2” option would be a way to handle it.
For 2, the URL you share does not have a category in it
For fairtrade + the cat (82) the url is this with no results
Thanks for reporting that. This isn’t a known issue, no. It should downgrade the images and therefore ‘disappear’ some of them on the frontend. Is it still showing more than one image on the frontend in the gallery or slider?
If we need to check into it further please include WP Admin and FTP credentials in a private reply so we can debug the issue.
Thanks
September 5, 2019 at 12:58 pm in reply to: Create packages include different number of listing option #506576You can do that with the pricing manager addon.
Enable the addon, then add your price packages for each Custom Post Type.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/pricing-manager/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/Hello,
If the value ‘no’ is acceptable, then, why not bulk edit listings and set all to no?
The Advanced Search and sorting options are not dynamic in this way at this time.
I have taken this up as a suggestion and will share it with our development team to see whether we can work on this in the near future.
Please feel free to make a new topic if you need help with anything else.

We are working on an advertising addon and will send an email when that becomes available.
Can you point to another plugin that has this feature to help us better understand how it works within the WordPress context? I am aware of several SaaS services that do this, but not a WP on-site plugin.
