There are settings in GeoDirectory to receive a BCC as admin, and then you might have added yourself to a notification on the form.
Check the form advanced settings for the emails it is sending out, and see if the site admin email is included in any of them. Remove that to avoid the messages.
Let us know how it goes, and include WP Admin credentials in a private reply if we need to check the settings.

The developers are aware of the idea, but right now there are other development priorities.
Currently the feature is a customization for GeoDirectory but there are 3rd party plugins that can fill the gap.

Do you have a staging site where you can try switching theme?
If you do please share details for the staging site so we can enable/disable plugins and themes to isolate the issue and find a solution.
