You can disable the neighborhood field in the location settings.
If you just want to hide it on the form, then, you would need to create some custom CSS to do that.
Text and phone fields can have validation rules, as explained here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#validationTextareas are designed to accept HTML, and with the “Embed media” advanced option can also be used to execute shortcodes.
If you do not want users to insert HTML or shortcodes, do not use those options or field types.
GeoDirectory is 1 payment = 1 listing. You will need a customization or 3rd party plugins to achieve that.
August 11, 2019 at 9:55 pm in reply to: Featured image has to be added twice to show in the backend list #502594Thanks for your post. This is not a known issue.
Could you provide both WP and FTP here in private reply so that we can check on the issue?
Also, please clarify the exact steps needed to reproduce this issue.
You can share the CSV file here, but you need to zip it first into a zip file, then you can attach the zip file.
It is highly recommended that you first add a test listing and export it to see the format required for the imported CSV file, and merge your data into that file.
The overall procedure is here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/#recommended

Excellent! 🙂
The theme has a setting for the enquiry form shortcode.
For the claim form linked from the header it seems to be using GD Post Claim. You would need to contact the theme author about changing that.
August 10, 2019 at 8:14 pm in reply to: Issues with GeoDirectory (500 server errors, templates not updating, etc…) #502486Any GD element can be used as a shortcode, widget, or a Gutenberg block. Use the one that works for you, where you need it.
1. “different details” – like what? I am not sure I understand. A different event description? That is not possible without a customization.
2. “Multiple recurring schedules” is not a feature. Multiple events with different recurring schedules is a feature. Sounds like that is what would fit.
3. Again, probably multiple events would work best.
4. It is possible to use custom dates.
Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply along with login URL so we can check it out.
Edited, try it now (you wouldn’t need the first one with the second one installed.)
