I couldn’t recreate the error. I tried it logged in and out.
Any steps we should take to see the issue? You should submit the app for review; all apps get reviewed now.
For the UTC offset, it should be the timezone of the event.
A developer could examine how the FB parser works and apply the same method, yes.
There isn’t a feature for that now. Have you seen a plugin that does that elsewhere?
Would you be linking to the products? Can you say more about how you would use it, I mean, the purpose of showing the products? Affiliate links? Something else?
Hello,
the thread you reference is related to sorting for ‘nearby by distance’, an option for the GD Listings filter when used on the details page and does not apply to the location or listing pages.
We haven’t had many requests for other applications of that but I will flag your topic for the developers to consider adding the feature.
The developers always consider adding feature requests that are popular with members.
Hello,
it’s a good point you make and I will raise the point with the developers.
In the meantime it would require a customization.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing/
I will ask the developers to check the topic, too.
Excellent!
That is not currently possible with the event calendar widget.
However, you can do something like it.
Use GD listings to show events, then set it to display tomorrow.
Create one for one CPT, then another for the second CPT.
Then you can show them next to each other on the same page. There are several options so you can do today, tomorrow, and the next 7 days.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/events/#show-events
In that way you can put events from different CPTs next to each other.
Not currently, but this has been requested before. I will update the feature request with this topic and we will post back here if we add this feature in the future.
What I would recommend in the meantime is to look into building the link yourself from your data.
Hello,
sorry for the confusion, show_logo=1 is deprecated and will be removed from the options.
The way to NOT show the logo is to either choose another fallback type image or set fallback types = 0
You can do that in the shortcode builder or block or widget.
Hello,
the developers regularly revisit this, but haven’t added anything to the roadmap yet.
I will add your vote to the topic!
Hello,
it looks like you need to start over with the shortcode.
Archive maps can’t exclude terms.
Trust me, the archive map is the right maptype for the archive page template.
Sounds like a cache issue. Try clearing it.
Do you mean the map feature, where you type in an address?
I doubt that will work with your app, it’s a complex JS interface. What you might wan to do instead is
1. Remove the default map tab
2. Add a new shortcode map tab
3. Use the GD Post Directory shortcode on the page.https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/maps/#tab
GD Post Directory shortcode is a simple link to open up directions in the mobile user’s preferred mobile mapping application.
1. GD Single Tabs has an option to Show as list. I recommend you try that.
2. Most people want to display categories and tags with either GD Single Taxonomy or GD Post Meta.
Try those out as widgets first then use the shortcode builder if needed.
Only directory maps have the category legend.
Sounds like the map is setup incorrectly.
Check the settings and make sure you choose map type = archive
