If you want to make a special section for CPT Description then it is possible to create an archive that is unique to a CPT. In that archive template then add the description or other content you want to add.
The CPT achive can be selected in the CPT Settings at
GD – CPT – Settings – General – Advanced – GD Archive

There is not an addon for that at this time, but it is a good idea.
The Add-Listing form is created by a GeoDirectory PHP template.
